Filing a takedown notice

Email contact@gotiksave.com with subject "DMCA Takedown" and include: (1) your name and contact info, (2) identification of the work, (3) the exact link(s), (4) good-faith belief statement, (5) accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, (6) your signature.

We aim to act on valid notices within 3 business days.

Counter-notice

If your link was removed by mistake, email a counter-notice with the same details plus consent to jurisdiction. We restore processing unless the complainant files court action within 10–14 business days.
